Can I modify my order / change a size?

Please call the Believe Store during business hours as soon as possible to request any changes to your order. This allows us to address your request before the order is shipped.

Will you honor a sale price for items purchased prior to or after the sale ends?

No, sale prices are only valid during the promotional period. We do not offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after a sale. Our staff do not know about upcoming sales.

Can I get restock notifications?

Clearance items will not be restocked. For all other products, you can click the notification box to receive an alert when the item is available again.

Can I make a "NEW ITEM" Request?

Yes, Please email info@believegreekapparel.com with the details of the item you'd like to see. Be sure to use “Wish List” as the subject line.

I received an email, but did not make an order.

Confirm with your financial institution that this transaction posted. If it has, send an email to info@believegreekapparel.com requesting a review.

Can I request tracking information?

Yes, email info@believegreekapparel.com to request a tracking number.

What should I do if my order was shipped to the wrong address?

The shipping address is entered by the customer when the order is created. Once the package leaves our warehouse we have no way of intercepting to reroute the package.

For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. In cases of lost or misdelivered packages, you must file a claim with the appropriate carrier.

I received a notification that my order shipped, but tracking number shows no movement.

How can I check on the status of my pickup order?

Please allow 48 to 72 hours to process the order. If you have not received a "Ready for Pickup" email notification within 48 to 72 hours, call the Believe store at (706) 780-1023 for an update.

How do I process an exchange or a refund?

Please read the requirements and follow the instructions if applicable.

Return & Shipping Policy

How much time do I have to return an item for a refund or an exchange?

Returns are excepted if shipped within 7 days of receipt of your order. No Returns or Exchanges are accepted on Sale or clearance items.

How much time do I have to return a defective item?

Damages or Product Defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery for refunds or replacements. No exceptions.

Can I exchange and item purchased for me as a gift?

Yes, You will need the receipt from the purchaser.

Can I exchange or refund an item purchased at a conference?

Yes, within 7 days of purchase and as long as it is unworn and not a sale item. You must however have your order number to proceed.
