Return Policy/ Shipping

                              Return/Exchange Portal 

To return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please enter the Return portal  in the menu section of our home page. Once you complete your request through the portal, you will receive an email at each step: Request received, request pending,request approved/rejected, etc.

 Returns are excepted if shipped within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Returns nor Exchanges are accepted on Sale or clearance items

1. Complete your request on the portal

2. Wait for a approval response before returning shipment

3. Once an approval is received, complete the exchange form on the back of the packing slip and return the item

4. Include the Return RMA# on your return package and on the packing slip. This number will emailed when your return request is received on the portal

The portal will not accept return requests outside of the 7 days that your item was delivered. 

Damages or Product Defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery for refunds or replacements. No exceptions

Note: If a Return/Exchange is sent back to us outside of the 7 day window & without following the portal return process, we will refuse receipt  from the shipper and return it back to you. There will be no tracking information for the return.

After your return has been approved. you must ship it back within 7 days or your return wont be accepted. Your package will then be returned.

The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the originally shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, we will invoice you the return shipping cost before shipping the exchanged item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We will credit you shipping cost for any errors that we make in shipping your item.

We ship items Mon- Fri. via USPS and UPS. Express mail via USPS is available. In order to meet the daily deadline for Express mail, your order must be received by 3pm EST. Orders received after 3pm EST will be shipped on the next business day.
