Beginning 10/5/26 we will start a New Return Process
We want your return experience to be simple, convenient, and easy to understand. We have updated our return process to provide customers with a faster and more customer-friendly way to return eligible merchandise.
Return Eligibility
· Returns are accepted when the return item is shipped within 10 days of delivery.
· Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging when applicable.
· Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.
· We No Longer Offer Exchanges
· Believe Greek Apparel & Accessories no longer offers exchanges.
· Instead, we have created a more customer-friendly process that allows eligible returns to be processed as either:
- Store credit, or
- A refund to the original form of payment
· This allows you to quickly repurchase the item, size, color, or style of your choice directly from our website instead of waiting for an exchange to be processed.
· We believe this process is faster, more convenient, and gives our customers greater flexibility.
Step 1: Start Your Return Online
· All returns must be initiated through our online Return Portal.
· Submit the item(s) you would like to return along with the requested information through the portal.
· Do not ship your return until your return request has been approved.
Step 2: Wait for Return Approval
· After submitting your request, please allow 24–72 hours for our team to review your return.
· Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions explaining how to send your merchandise back.
Step 3: Choose Your Return Shipping Option
· During the return process, you will have options for handling your return shipping.
· If you purchase package protection through the return portal, a return shipping label will be generated for you to send your approved return back.
· If you do not purchase package protection, you will have the option to purchase a return shipping label through the portal. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Step 4: Ship Your Approved Return
· After your return has been approved, follow the instructions provided through the return portal and ship your merchandise back within the required return period.
· Please make sure your merchandise is properly packaged and includes all original tags and packaging when applicable.
Step 5: Return Inspection & Refund
· Once your return is received, our team will inspect the merchandise to make sure it meets our return requirements.
After the return is approved, your refund will be processed according to the option you selected:
Store Credit — Your store credit can be used to purchase another item, size, color, or style from our website.
Original Form of Payment — Your approved refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Missing Tags or Original Packaging
Please return merchandise with all original tags, bags, and packaging when applicable.
Returns received without the original packaging or required tags may be subject to a handling/restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
All items marked Final Sale are final and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If you purchased Route Package Protection with your original order and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please file a claim directly through Route, not the carrier or Believe Greek Apparel.
Important Return Reminder
Please submit your return through the Return Portal and wait for approval before mailing your merchandise back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
